NEPI – New Europe Property Investment developed a new retail park of approximately 28.390 m2 on the site of the former Vulcan factory in Bucharest. Vulcan Retail Park will serve the southwestern part of Bucharest, being designed to meet the needs of about 395,000 residents around it – the equivalent of a 30 minutes drive. The concept included building a Hypermarket and Gallery, a Strip Mall and a drive through fast food restaurant, all constructed at ground floor level around a central 874-bay car park.
